On receiving your order, we will promptly review it carefully to ensure we have all we need to process it. Our Customer Service Department will contact you by phone or e-mail should we require further information or clarification.
Your order will then be sent to our Graphics Department. In less than 2 business days, you will receive an electronic proof version of your greeting card by e-mail.
Please review your proof carefully. Be sure to request a correction if we've made an error. As soon as you approve the proof (by e-mail or fax), your order will be sent to our Production Department, where your cards will be printed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order is printed, it is sent to our Shipping Department where it is packaged in boxes of 100 cards, along with the same number of envelopes. A copy of the invoice is inserted in the package. At the end of the working day, a courier will pick up your package for delivery.
In Quebec: In urban centres - 24 hrs (between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Elsewhere in Quebec and in Ottawa and Toronto: Delivery within 2 business days.
In the Maritimes (je suggère de dire plutôt Atlantic Canada, qui inclut Terre-Neuve et Labrador) and elsewhere in Ontario: Delivery within 3 business days.
In Western Canada: Delivery within 4 business days.
In the United States: Delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
In Europe: 7 to 10 business days.
No deliveries are made to post office boxes.
A signature is required for the delivery of your package. Please indicate your business hours and any specific notes for the courier on your purchase order. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, we can ship it to a Canada Post office or you can arrange to pick it up at our office.
If you don't receive your package as scheduled, we can contact the courier to track it. Please note that we provide free delivery only in Canada. Should your order be damaged in transit, please notify us within 5 days.
In Canada: 30 days net by cheque, PayPal, or credit card, VISA or MasterCard.
Elsewhere: By credit card, VISA or MasterCard.
Please note: For payments by cheque, a monthly interest rate of 2% applies after 90 days.
You can cancel your order free of charge before our Graphics Department begins work on it. If you cancel your order after you've received your electronic proof, you will be billed for the graphics work already completed. Orders cancelled following production are payable in full.

You can receive a catalogue or a free sample of a specific card. Graphic work charges will apply if you request a complete and customized sample (logo and text).
