PROCESS AND TERMS
Once we receive your order, it is promptly reviewed to verify all details.
Your order is then forwarded to our graphic design department. Within two business days, you will receive a digital proof of your greeting card by email. The first three proofs are free; additional proofs will be billed at $25 each. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve the proofs. Once approved, your order moves to our production department and will be printed within a maximum of three business days.
SHIPPING
Once printed, your order is sent to our shipping department. It will be packed in bundles of 100 cards, with the corresponding number of envelopes. A copy of the invoice will be sent by email. Delivery is handled by Purolator.
Estimated delivery times:
- Urban areas in Québec: 24 hours (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.)
- Other regions of Québec, Ottawa, and Toronto: 2 business days
- Maritimes and other parts of Ontario: 3 business days
- Western Canada: 4 business days
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please clearly indicate your business hours and any specific instructions for the carrier on your order form. If you are unable to receive the package, we can ship it to a Canada Post office, or you may send your own carrier to pick it up from our location.
If you do not receive your package within the expected timeframe, we will follow up with the carrier to check its status. Greeting card delivery is free within Canada only. Please notify us within five days of receiving your order if any items are damaged.
PAYMENT
Payment terms:
- Existing clients: Net 30 days, payable by bank transfer, credit card, or cheque (for public institutions)
- New clients: Payment upon receipt
Note: A monthly interest fee of 2% applies after 90 days of delay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before our graphic design department begins work. If cancelled after the proof has been sent, design fees will apply based on the work completed. If cancelled after printing, the full amount of the order will be billed.
RETURN POLICY
What if there is an error on your part regarding my order? Please notify us within five business days of receiving your merchandise. We will take immediate steps to retrieve the items and make the necessary corrections to ensure your complete satisfaction.
What if I made an error in my order? Please inform us as soon as possible so we can find a solution to assist you.
